True authentic Italian food just like how my grandma made it. Brought back wonderful memories. Special attention was made to the plating of the food with elegantly designed plates to elevate the experience. Truly masterfully done. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was amazing especially the fresh made cannoli. OMG! The interior of the restaurant makes you feel like you are eating at your grandmas table. Well worth the price and a place you need to come and experience for yourself.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at My Mamma last night. It is just outside of downtown Sarasota, so no challenge finding parking or crowds of people on the street. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive the moment we walked through the door. From the appetizer of “Grandma’s meatballs”, through dessert, the food was delicious. It was all topped off by a wonderful tiramisu. We highly recommend My Mamma… we will be back!

I don't know what to rave about first, the food or the service! The food was excellent, the foccacias are a must try. Espresso is also one of the best. The service was amazing, the staff is very courteous and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Decor is gorgeous, elegant. Very date night worthy! Reasonably priced as well.
