Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

The SRQ List (“we”) runs the website at https://srq-fl.com. This explains what data is collected when you visit, who processes it, and the choices you have.

The short version

By default we load no analytics and no third-party trackers. Nothing non-essential runs until you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner.
Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading them does not share your visit with Google.
You can change or withdraw your choice any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

What we collect

Essential (always on)

To make the site work we store a couple of small values in your browser (via localStorage, not cookies sent to a server): your theme preference and your cookie-consent choice. These stay on your device and are not shared.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare’s traffic analytics are cookieless and do not identify you.

Analytics (only after you Accept)

If you accept, we load Google Analytics, which collects usage information — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and your IP address — to help us understand how the site is used. This data is processed by Google, including in the United States. See Google’s Privacy Policy. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*.

Embedded videos (only after you Accept)

Some place pages show TikTok videos. If you accept, TikTok’s embed loads and TikTok may collect data about your device and viewing, per TikTok’s Privacy Policy. This may involve transfers outside the EEA.

Place information & photos

Restaurant and café details, ratings, reviews and photos come from Google Maps / Places. Photos are cached on our own storage, so your browser loads them from us rather than from Google.

Legal basis

Essential processing (delivering the site) relies on our legitimate interest in operating it. Analytics and embedded videos rely on your consent, which you give via the banner and can withdraw at any time.

Your choices

Accept or Decline on the cookie banner; reopen it any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Clear site data or block cookies in your browser settings.
Opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.

Data outside the EEA

If you accept analytics or embedded videos, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Google and TikTok, under their respective safeguards.
