Root & Seed is my favorite place to go every day of the week. As someone dx with Celiac 25 years ago, I’ve never been so comfortable eating somewhere in my life! Everything is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. She has made so many things I’ve never been able to try and for that, I’m so thankful. Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota is so blessed to have such a special small business community. Irem and her staff are all extremely caring and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. I’m a medial student and love to study here between classes when I can. Irem has also made multiple cakes/cheesecakes for my family and I on special occasions. She is so talented! For first timers, I would recommend trying her fresh bagels, the superfood cheesecake, and my favorite is the tiramisu!!! Take care of your body, mind, and spirit 🩷

Healthy gluten-free and dairy-free beverages and treats and smoothies and so much more. It’s a beautiful space to work or meet friends. I had protein chia cup and hazelnut Barr. So good and loaded with protein! The matcha mango latte was Devine. Toasted bagel topped with cashew cream cheese and micro greens. Everything is made fresh and so delicious. A new favorite!

My mom and I are exclusively gluten free and do not find a lot of places that are accommodating let alone entirely gluten free. We were so excited to find this place. We come to Bradenton to go to White Sands Wholistic Dentistry and Root and Seed is only 20 minutes away from there so we look forward to it every time we are here. Quality ingredients that make you feel so good about making keeping up with your personal health.
