Café on St. Armands

I absolutely loved my little solo dinner at Café on St. Armands! From the beginning, the staff was attentive and friendly — giving me space to think about what I wanted to order and enjoy my meal while also ensuring I was having a full and delightful experience. I could see they really cared about their customers and took pride in providing excellent service. Specifically, my server’s name was Rogelio and he was the BEST! Definitely ask for him when you go since what impressed me was how he strove for excellence down to the small details. The service was quick with food coming out in an impressive amount of time, the food itself was DELECTABLE (I got the octopus, the 2 dip platter — tzatziki and their new beet hummus, and a small, though still large for one, Greek salad) and left STUFFED. I also just wanted to highlight their thoughtfulness as it meant a lot (for example: when they packed up my leftover food they intentionally did so in a way to optimize its freshness rather than just throwing it all into one to-go box where some food would have not be as good). Definitely planning on coming back to bring friends & family! Café on St. Armands is an experience worth sharing and I am looking forward to what is in store next! 🤗

On the hunt for another one of a kind experience. Set your eyes on the “Mediterranean soul in the heart of Sarasota” this Café is far more than that. With plenty of covered/uncovered out door seating, to the quaint cafe feel once inside. You might not notice the extravagant bar and private dining areas unless you venture off into the restaurant. The menu has plenty of options which of course you can’t go wrong when starting with an O.G. Greek salad. It’s like they knew who was coming! Eli expressed his love for the Moroccan Crispy Duck, and as the photos show it was exquisite. So eye catching and packed with beautiful aromas from the sweet potato’s and glaze that the guest across from the way went with the duck as well. To tie everything together, Abby treated the table with the Lemon cake. Which was still warm from being freshly baked. To be able to sit and enjoy such delicious options one year after being completely devastated by Hurricane Helene, goes to show the heart and soul put back into this beautiful city. It’s worth stoping in even if you only want a cocktail or coffee durning happy hour. You won’t be disappointed. Truly special thanks and gratitude to Abby and her entire team.

I was taken here for lunch on Father's Day and the experience was amazing from start to finish. This place has such a great ambiance of sophistication and charm. The food was outstanding (as you will see the result in picture 3) and our server, Eli, was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
