The plating is so beautiful you almost don't want to eat it. 🍽️🌸 The service is incredible. 🤩✨ I went with a group of friends we all love Bollywood and Indian culture and food. 💃🍛 It so nice to find places that truly bring the dishes and culture to the table. 🥘🇮🇳 I recommend you going and trying all they delicious food. 👍😋

What an incredible find! This is authentic Indian food done right, and honestly one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Everything was so flavorful and clearly made with care. We ordered the tandoori chicken, which was cooked to perfection, and the cilantro sauce was absolutely bomb — I even took some to go. The salmon was another standout, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Even the vegetable side was delicious, which says a lot since sides can often be an afterthought. On top of all that, the prices were more than reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. The bar area added a nice touch too, great spot to grab a drink while you wait. Highly recommend Gange to anyone craving genuine, delicious Indian food in Sarasota!

My husband and I had dinner at Ganges recently and were honestly blown away. It’s traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist, and everything we had was incredibly flavorful and really well executed. The presentation stood out right away! each dish felt thoughtful and intentional. The lamb shank was served covered and when they opened it, it released smoke which was such a cool touch. Dessert was also made tableside, which made it feel like a full experience from start to finish. What we ordered: Gulabi Kachori, Burrata Butter Chicken, Feta Murgh Malai Tikka, Butter Naan, Ghost Biryani, and the Lotus Kaapi-Misu for dessert. The burrata butter chicken and lamb shank were probably our favorites, but truly everything was great. The ambiance is warm and elevated, and the service really stood out…attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. This is easily one of the most unique dining experiences we’ve had in Sarasota and somewhere we’ll absolutely be coming back to. Already at the top of our list for when we have friends or family in town.
