Aji Ceviche Bar Sarasota – Peruvian Restaurant

First time visiting and what a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was outstanding, and the service was truly exceptional. We enjoyed the ceviche, and I paired it with a delicious pisco sour and a few beers, which made for a perfect meal. A special thank you to Carmen for going above and beyond to make our visit so memorable. Your friendly service and attention to detail made the experience even better. Kudos to you and the entire team—thank you for a fantastic time. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was so gooood! Our waiter was great and explained every dish we had questions about. He also recommended some really good dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. Great service and great food. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back!

This is my third time here, the food is great and the service too. My Gf is from Peru and loves the traditional dishes. The prices are about $28-$35 per dish, so it’s a little on the expensive side. But regardless we will be back many times in the future.
