Flapjacks Cafe Venice

Tried Flapjacks as a new spot to go to for breakfast. We were able to get in quickly, but they were also at capacity (lucky us). It has a diner vibe which is exactly what I was looking for. Personable with fresh coffee and good breakfast and lunch. I got chipped beef over sourdough bread with eggs, scrapple and potatoes. We also got French toast with banana (it was the weekly special) and then a Reuben which came with delicious potato salad and a pickle. Everything came out in a timely manner, our coffees and waters were filled when needed and the place was clean, and easy to talk to. Definitely will be coming back.

This small spot in Venice was worth the visit. We stopped for breakfast and it was delicious! Specifically, the banana pancakes were some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Highly recommended and we will visit again for sure!

The boyfriend and I stopped in here to eat on our way back home! The food was delicious and coffee hot.We ended up being the only ones in the restaurant for a little, so the server made it “romantic” haha she was the best! We will be back next time we’re in Venice!
