First time trying chachapas - excellent. The beef I had on top was a mix of lean and the some fat to juice the plate. The chimnichuro sauce was amazing.

The food was amazing! Our kids loved the burgers and we finally tried cahchapas for the first time. The flavor did not disappoint! We will be coming back for more!

All the food was great, but the hamburger was exceptional and was a blend of it all. I wouldn’t just stick to that next time. I don’t think it made for great leftovers/didn’t heat up well, but that won’t stop me from coming back again. Great bbq!
