La Mucca Ballerina

We must recommend La Mucca Ballerina for the wonderful food and staff. They are a little regimentated on how to place your order for dinner, but there is a good reason. First, you order your entire meal all at once, except for desert. They give you plenty of time between entree's it's just small seating so I get it. We ordered the Calamari over Caesar salad and it was the best order of Fried Calamari I've ever tasted anywhere, and trust me I have had a thousand orders elsewhere and this was perfectly done. Salad was crisp and perfectly dressed. Next we had an order of Lobster Ravioli and my husband ordered the Veal. Everything was delicious and I thank Mario for being so gracious and coming to our table to speak to us, he even gave us a bottle of wine for our Canadian neighbors who were leaving Florida and sold their property. Just really nice people and delicious Italian food. I felt like I was in someone's home being served with the best hospitality. Great vibes whether you dine inside or out, you will love it! We walked around the area and there is also great Gelato down the street for desert. If you are looking for authentic Italian food this is one of the best in the area of Sarasota.

Dinner here in this authentic Italian ( Roma ) restaurant. Small restaurant but nice all the Manager and the personel are Italian from Rome . Good choise of Italian traditional dishes the taste is good and well made, I felt to be in Italy 🇮🇹. If you like this type of cuisine you need to try this place .

Loved the pizza next time I’ll ask for more crunchy but it had a pretty good taste especially the pepperoni was not greasy at all and I loved that the crust was perfectly cooked I also got the focaccia toast omg it was so delicious I’m coming back for that again and again and again.
