My family and I come here every single week, and without fail, every visit is exceptional. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding, and it’s clear they take great pride in serving the freshest seafood around. The lobster rolls are, without question, the best we’ve had, packed with fresh lobster and absolutely delicious every single time. The fish is always incredibly fresh, whether we’re dining in or picking up fresh seafood to take home. Their fresh fish selection for takeout is second to none, and we know we’re always getting the highest quality. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always provides outstanding service, making every visit enjoyable. Finding a restaurant that consistently delivers amazing food, excellent service, and a great overall experience week after week is rare, but this place does exactly that. It has become our family’s favorite restaurant, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. Five stars all the way!
Somewhere between timelines, deadlines, and crossing another state line, I always find myself back at my favorite stop in Florida: The Lobster Pound. As a woman constantly moving through airports, meetings, and whatever century life decides to throw me into next, finding consistency is rare. This place nails it every single time. Their blackened salmon is absolute perfection. I order the full pound because honestly, one meal is never enough, and it easily stretches into 2-3 meals for me without losing quality. Perfect seasoning, perfect cook, every single visit. That alone keeps me coming back through every timeline. Recently I tried their clam chowder and… wow. Rich, flavorful, comforting without being heavy. The kind of chowder that makes you pause mid-conversation because your brain needs a second to process how good it is. And the lobster rolls? Perfection. Fresh, generous, buttery, and exactly what you hope for when you order one. Family-owned, consistently outstanding, and somehow still underrated for how incredible the food is. If you see a busy woman quietly recharging over blackened salmon before jumping back into the chaos of the universe, it’s probably me. 🇺🇸
Bob, Andrea, David... Thank you for the amazing Cod and Shrimp. The blackening seasoning was a hit for our home cook. We'll definitely be returning! Especially for the call ahead fresh cooked pickup, best use of $5, so convenient. I really need to try the Clam Chowder too. (Menu prices are subject to change)
