Snug, charming restaurant & beer garden offering classic German fare & live music.
Cute place appropriately decorated. We were there for lunch, but I imagine it can get pretty busy at dinner and they recommend reservations. There was plenty of parking out front when we were there. The schnitzel of the sandwich as well as the Hunter schnitzel was crisp without being dry on the inside. The mushroom sauce was good and well prepared. The spatzel authentic. The menu is good with multiple choices and it was hard to decide what to get. We did not order beverages, except for the water which was undrinkable. So if you go there order something that to drink
My wife and i split 3 dishes. The hot pretzel with beer cheese was cooked perfectly. The sampler platter was amazing and a great value. The Apple strudel was homemade and served warm and perfect. Meagan our waitress deserves 10 stars. Atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely come back next time we are in town.
The food was great! I have high standards because I grew up eating most of these dishes. The bead dumplings were one of the best I've tried. Our server was wonderful and funny. We will definitely have to come back.
