A quick trip into south Florida from San Diego had me craving some 4 way chili!! I just wish I had not eaten less than a few hours earlier!! But a dry regular was delicious!!
I grew up in Ohio and Skyline runs through my blood. I now live in Colorado but visit the Sarasota area frequently - I finally made my way through the twisty business park roads to find the Sky Chili parlor tucked in there and was soooo happy to see that coney piled high with shredded cheese sitting in front of me. The staff was friendly, the restaurant clean, and I loved the tie-dye logo shirt I was able to pick up while there.
New items and I tried one. As always it was delicious. Skyline is comfort food for my family. They now have merch.
