This was our first time here. Saw it driving by one day. SO GLAD WE STOPPED. This is a gem of a restaurant. Service was excellent. Seems like a very loving family environment.Seems like plenty of regulars come in. Our server Jay was beyond amazing. He recommended different foods and drinks and He did not disappoint. He prepared house made drinks. We started off with the sleeve of gulf balls they were excellent. The onion rings were great, they did not fall out of breading. Great bite thick rings. Dipped in Thai chili or sunshine sauce Prickypear margarita house made excellent strong enough. So was the Blood orange sour housemade. The Charleston shrimp n grits has a nice flavor the veggies inside has nice crunch. The Red Tavern grouper sandich with tavern chips great crunch on the chips not greasy grouper seasoned well bread is soft with a light crisp. Will definitely come back.
Popped by this little place driving g back to TN from Miami. The sandwiches were excellent and service was great. It's a small place, nothing fancy, but not needed because the food is so good.
Went to meet up with friends for a lunch several had not seen each other in so so many years. I was pleasantly surprised the food was great .I highly recommend the calamari with Marinara sauce and I had the Fish and Chips as well, which was equally delicious. Everyone around the table was thoroughly happy with their choices in entrees, we all will definitely go here again and I recommend you do too.
