Crab & Fin Restaurant

Had such a great experience at Crab & Fin! The food was amazing and our server, Lizzy, was so helpful and attentive. She gave us great recommendations on dishes and made the whole experience even better with her friendly attitude. It was also really nice to see one of the employees kindly ask a police officer working nearby if he wanted something to drink. Small gestures like that say a lot about the people working there. It’s refreshing to see there are still genuinely good and thoughtful people around. We’ll definitely be back.

If I could rate crab & fin 10 stars I would. Starting with our amazing waiter that was beyond knowledgeable on every item on the menu. Will our waiter introduced us to the savor menu which is a Prix Fixe menu for $25 offered every June. The Alaskan king crab which is imported fresh every week from Alaska was beyond anything I’ve ever eaten, it was so fresh that I had to order a second portion. Will gave us background on every peice of fish on the menu. I’ve traveled all over the world. I have eaten all sorts of fish everywhere and I have to say hands down this was some of the freshest fish I have ever eaten. Chef Troy, a culinary mastermind, according to our waiter makes all his dishes with such a passion. It was nice being able to sit outside as we had spent most of the morning on the water. Thank you Crab & fin you have secured a regular customer. I will make it a priority whenever I’m in the Sarasota to eat at this great dinning establishment.

It was lovely to eat there! Megan was super nice! The plates are beautifully arranged (better than my pictures). The portions are generous. My Aperop Spritz was delicious! The ceviche was amazing and so was the calamari!
