This family‑owned Peruvian restaurant in downtown Sarasota was amazing!!! Everything was really good — the food, the service, the whole vibe. It honestly felt like a home‑cooked meal, full of flavor and made with love.We enjoyed every minute of it, and we’ll definitely be back.
Good portion of well-flavored Peruvian food. We ordered the tallarin salteado with beef and with chicken and fried plantain. Everything was fabulous, although I'd like to see them replace the styrofoam to go boxes with something else.
If you're a foodie like me..then you gotta come here. Paid parking is right next door or in front. This place had one table full and someone grabbing some carry out, but dont let a slightly empty restaurant stop you from coming here because the FLAVORS were phenomenal! I had the beef stew [seco de carne], stewed to perfection, the beans weren't mushy and cooked just right, and a massive serving of rice. Each piece of the meal was delicious by itself or in combination with one another, it was experiencing the dish over and over again in a different way. My husband had a chicken pesto [tallarin verde] the pasta was delicious and the heaping portion of tasty chicken was cooked and seasoned so well. We also tried some fresh made Lemonade (tasted like it may have some lime also so if youre not into that now you know), I had the Passion Fruit [Maracuya] Peruvian Juice which was lighly sweet and smooth. I additionally ordered some plantains for my "dessert" as they're one of my favorites and they didn't disappoint. The plantains were fried/baked...I dont know not greasy or slimy just delicious. Thank you so much for a fantastic meal!
