Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar

We celebrated my brother's birthday at Rocco's Tacos last night, and I wanted to recognize our waiter, Jose. I've been to Rocco's about five times now, and every visit has been great, but this was by far the best experience I've had. Jose was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was extremely attentive, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. If he wasn't completely sure about something we were asking for, he took the time to find out and came back with answers or alternatives instead of guessing. That level of customer service really stood out. We ordered quite a bit between our group, including drinks, tortilla soup, quesabirria tacos, grilled wings, skirt steak, churros, and even a Tres Leches cake for the birthday boy. Everything came out great, and Jose made sure everything was running smoothly the entire time. What impressed me most was how personable and engaged he was. He helped make my brother's birthday feel special and never made us feel rushed, even though we were there celebrating. It's rare to come across service that memorable. We will definitely be back, and we will absolutely be requesting Jose's section again. Thank you, Jose, for helping make my brother's birthday such a wonderful experience!

Josh was a fantastic server! He was prompt, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. He made the experience with my niece and me so much fun and helped create a memorable evening. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner, and we both appreciated the excellent service. We’ll definitely be back for our monthly aunt-and-niece date night. Fabulous. Scott was awesome. This was not our intended location, but since the place we were planning to meet was closed, we meandered over to Rocco's. It's quite hot in Florida and part of our party did not want to sit outside (even the patio with fans) so we were placed on a wait. Scott already had a full section and there were no other tables available inside (for a party of 3), the bar was also not an option for us (personal choice), but Scott asked if an extra room could be opened to accommodate our party and others waiting, too. He was great in securing a table for us and let us now that he would do his best to serve us but may be delayed with his original, full section--we agreed, and he was prompt, friendly and funny. Food was great. Admittedly, this was my second visit to Rocco's--my first was shortly after they opened, during the height of demand for the 'new' restaurant (which also happened to be during snowbird season) and we were not thrilled. This visit definitely made a better impact and I will be back more often.
